Gateway Center Programs

The Gateway Training Center focuses on providing training and experience for growth and development for those who have a calling for cross-cultural ministry to serve effectively in any context.

Athens, as the largest and capital city of Greece, is a crossroads between the East and the West, Europe and the Middle East/North Africa, and between Christianity and Islam. It is a city where civilizations meet and cultures fuse, where refugees from Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia find shelter. It is also where the Lord is using His children to reach out to people from many cultures to witness about the Good News of Jesus Christ, show compassion and love, and tend to the various needs for people from many nations!

Summer Internship Program

Follow in his footsteps of Paul by visiting the places he traveled to understand what it is like to minister to people from different cultures, and to participate in practical outreach – all in one month!

Cross-Cultural Training

Located in Athens, this program gives participants, through EME Ministries and other influential partnering churches and organizations, the opportunity to be trained on how to minister to people from other countries.

‣ First week of ‘Footsteps of the apostle Paul’ tour in Greece (from Philippi to Corinth).
‣ Three weeks of outreach in and around Athens and the island of Kefalonia.
‣ Training seminars on specific topics related to outreach and cross-cultural communication during the above four weeks.
